Cancellation & Refund Policy at Xlander Consulting, Inc.
For each class there will be a minimum of students that must be signed up 2 weeks prior for the class to proceed.
Registered attendee cancellation:
Individual registered attendees must cancel their paid registration by 12:00 am three business days prior to an event to qualify for refund. Cancellations received without sufficient notice or those who are a no-show are not entitled to a refund. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Xlander Consulting Inc., and requests for refund must be received prior to the event.
Cancellation/RefundFees:
- Individual registrations that are cancelled by the registrant will be subject to a 25% processing fee according to the fee schedule as shown in the Xlander’s cancellation policy (for the class).
- If the event is postponed and rescheduled, registrants will be given an opportunity to cancel their registration without penalty should they not be able to attend on the revised date.
