Description
This eight-hour course covers the more popular of the AGILE methodologies: Extreme Programming, DSDM, Test Driven Development, Dynamic Systems, Development Methods, (DSDM), Crystal Development, Feature Driven Development, Lean Kanban, and SCRUM. Each student will be able to compare and choose the methodologies or parts of methodologies that would benefit your organization, will develop an understanding of all the Scrum roles, artifacts, meetings, estimating, and be armed with the proper tools to address, resolve, and take the lead on Scrum issues in their organization. This course content will be presented as a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice and apply what they learn.
