AG300: SCRUM Master Certification

This three day course covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to recognize which of the several AGILE methodologies would work best in their organization. Topics include: covering the critical knowledge concepts, history, core values, roles, and practices each of the popular AGILE Methodologies. Participants will be prepared to pass the PMI-ACP exam. This course content will be presented as a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice and apply what they learn.

Description

Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensure that Scrum processes are being followed. Successful candidates will be awarded the Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) certification by SCRUMstudy after passing the certification exam.
