This three day course covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to recognize which of the several AGILE methodologies would work best in their organization. Topics include:

Participants will be prepared to pass the PMI-ACP exam. This course content will be presented as a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice and apply what they learn.
