Description
This 4-hour workshop provides a broad yet detailed coverage of various metrics used to determine if the project schedule follows the Project Scheduling Best Practices. This is workshop would be assisting both the project scheduler but also the Project and Program Managers or individuals who might need to perform project management activities in their job role on either a formal or informal basis, or any individual who wants to build upon their current project management knowledge to be more productively involved on a project team. This course content will be presented as a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice and apply what they learn.
