This can also apply as a refresher for those who participate project controls on a regular basis. It is also perfect for managers, supervisors. This course establishes an understanding of how a project plan is developed and interactive planning becomes an optimal schedule. This course teaches the basic logic links between activities, calculations for early and late starts and finishes, and identification of the critical path and concepts of float. Interpretation of the reports gives this student the ability to use the schedule as both a communication and management tool along, with collecting progress against the plan.

This course is a presentation style course with live software demonstrations. This course content will be presented as a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice and apply what they learn.
